Theaters
Municipal Theatre.
Teatro Municipal Enrique Buenaventura, is currently the highest cultural center of the city. Opened in 1927, can accommodate 1,200 spectators, is neoclassical French.
Teatro Jorge Isaacs, has been one of the most traditional venues in the city, has a capacity for 1,187 spectators. Was built in 1931 by Herman Bohmer, in honor of Jorge Isaacs. Its architecture has influence of Italian romanticism. It was recently restored and conditioned. Declared a national monument in 1984, has one of the best acoustics in the country.
